The fine sea view from my pod was an absolute delight. The facilities were well-equipped, including a fridge, microwave, and cozy couch. The surroundings were peaceful and seemed like a true getaway, allowing me to recharge and escape the rush of everyday life.
The shower was small, made getting ready a bit cramped.

There were central heating, coffee and tea making equipment, and a sitting area in the room, liked that. The bedrooms were cozy, featuring sea view. Booked the hotel for its perfect and magnificent location adjacent to a beautiful area and the homemade scones, pancakes, jams and the local restaurant. Furthermore, on the waterfront.

The location is ideal, just a short walk to local dining options.
We encountered a small shower which was uncomfortable for both of us. There was no dish soap in the kitchen. These issues slightly detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable experience.

great views but questionable service
The room was very comfortable with a fine view across the garden and fields to the sea. The location is ideal, just a short walk to local dining options. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden view.
The service could use some improvement.

A Cozy Stay with Heartwarming Touches!
We enjoyed a lovely two-night stay, with the owner thoughtfully providing freshly boiled water during the boil order. The amazing sea view from our room added a special touch. Future guests should appreciate the ambiance and small gestures that make a difference.

It was just a nice choice for a brief visit in Midleton with great value-to-price ratio. I appreciated how Mary quickly responded to my request for assistance when I spotted a spider, made me feel well taken care of. Bring your own dish soap if you plan to cook. It wasn't provided!
